35th Carroll Golf Classic

The Carroll Golf Classic presented by 1623 Brewing Company and hosted by the Carroll Hospital Foundation, is one of the premier golf tournaments in the county. Since its inception in 1990, the tournament has raised more than $6 million in charitable support to advance programs and services at Carroll Hospital.

This event hosts over two hundred golfers and business leaders on a beautiful, private course and everyone enjoys the excellent food and beverages. The competition is fierce, and the camaraderie is palpable as area hospital supporters come together for a day of celebration. Hospital partners, staff, community members and volunteers say it is their favorite day of the year, including Garrett Hoover, hospital president!

64 years ago, Atlee Wampler was presented with the keys to Carroll Hospital and opened the doors to patients for the first time. He had vision and understood that quality healthcare in the county would be the cornerstone of a thriving community. Today, your support helps the hospital remain strong and able to care for this community. Many things have changed since that first day in 1961, but the generosity of our community remains steadfast.
