If you are interested in
applying you will be required to attend an orientation seminar, at the
conclusion of the seminar applications packets will be available.
The seminars will be held bi-monthly, the first being on July 3 from
6-7pm in the Zamoiski Auditorium at Sinai. The seminar will summarize the
application process, insurance coverage, and a preoperative testing overview.
