LifeBridge Health designates this educational activity for up to 81 credit hours (cumulative of all pre-course, Deformity Course, and post-course sessions) in Category 1 toward the American Medical Association Physician�s Recognition Award. Each physician can claim only those hours of credit that he or she actually spent in the educational activity.

(Note: The Upper Extremity post-course partially overlaps with Day 5 of the Deformity Course. If you register for both, you will be able to claim 4.5 credit hours for Day 5 of the Deformity Course.)
