| Northwest Hospital Center in Randallstown has named
Deborah Macy, BSN, director of the hospitals ER-7 Emergency Department.
With more than 15 years of experience in emergency and
trauma services, we are excited to have Deborah join our talented health care
team in ER-7, said Susan Jalbert, RN, vice president of patient services
at Northwest Hospital.
Her understanding of managing critical care departments
is a valuable asset as we continue to evolve our services to help serve the
growing population in Northwest Baltimore County.
As director of the Emergency Department, Macy is
dedicated to providing patients with the best care possible. She, along with
support from the hospitals senior leadership and medical staff, is committed to
implementing changes throughout the department, such as increasing patient flow
and decreasing wait times, to help better serve the community.
Being in the Emergency Department can be a roller
coaster of emotions for patients and their families, said Macy. Our goal is to
provide quality medical care and be as unintrusive as possible in our patients
lives. We are working hard to make peoples experience in the hospital pleasant
so they can focus on their health.
