The Division of Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine provides comprehensive care to patients with respiratory system disorders. The Pulmonary Function Laboratory provides full pulmonary function testing as well as exercise testing and bronchial provocation testing with methacholine or exercise. The Laboratory also performs sputum induction under the strict isolation guidelines mandated by OSHA. The Sinai Sleep Center, directed by Board Certified sleep specialists, runs  four state-of �the-art sleep study rooms seven nights a week for full polysomnography and CPAP titrations. Daytime sleep studies are run Monday through Friday and sleep consultations are available on-site.

Sinai boasts the finest faculty and facilities in critical care medicine, including state-of-the art monitoring equipment, a highly skilled ICU nursing and respiratory therapy staff, and 24-hour/day coverage by medical intensivists.
