Mark Ostrowski has joined the staff of Northwest Hospital Center, member of the LifeBridge Health system, as the director of Human Resources.
In his new position, Ostrowski will be responsible for providing support to human resources activities for the entire employee population at Northwest. This responsibility includes overseeing the development, support and implementation of appropriate human resources policies, practices and programs that will help achieve the goals set for Northwest. In this position, he will also support the entire LifeBridge Health system by directing career management initiatives.
My primary goal as the new director of Human Resources is clear - to support employees in growing their careers at Northwest Hospital and LifeBridge Health,� said Ostrowski. Ostrowski�s background and experience include human resources management, business strategy management, change implementation and operational roles at Baltimore-based companies, Barton Cotton, Inc., Right Management Consultants and Manchester Partners International.
Ostrowski earned his master�s degree in Social Work from Rutgers University in New Brunswick, New Jersey, and a bachelor of arts degree in Philosophy/Psychology from St. Mary�s Seminary & University, Baltimore, Maryland. He is a past president of the Chesapeake Human Resources Association, and has served in volunteer capacities with the United Way, the Greater Baltimore Committee and the University of Baltimore. He is an active member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM).
