The RETURN! Brain Injury Community Re-Entry Program is a comprehensive day
treatment program serving individuals aged 18 years and older who have sustained
a brain injury (traumatic brain injury, stroke, aneurysm, or other neurological
conditions) and are in need of specialized rehabilitation.
Our goal is to assist people in regaining greater independence in daily functioning following their injury or illness. This may include improving self-care skills, home and community living skills (cooking, household management, budgeting, paying bills), and/or skills related to returning to work or school.
Although we offer a full range of rehabilitation services, our primary focus is to increase ones ability to compensate for the communication, memory and thinking problems that are common after brain injury. Return to a meaningful lifestyle is a shared primary goal with our clients.
