Survival Gear for Computer Documentation
Online training modules have been developed to assist you with using Cerner
PowerChart. It will take you less than one hour to complete. Cerner PowerChart
is the LifeBridge Clinical Information System. These modules were designed to
give you the information needed to get you through your shift. Therefore, you
are required to attend a more in-depth 6-hour classroom computer training
session. To register for a class, contact Kendra Debro, Education Resource
Center, 410-601-4680.
Login Instructions:
- Complete the following training modules located on the LifeBridge Health
Intranet site:
- Results Retrieval (No test) (Course Length: )
- Charting on PowerForms (Score of 43/54 required) (Course Length:
30 min)
- Creating a Custom List and Customizing Your PAL (Score of
26/34 required) (Course Length: 20 min)
- Order Entry: Quick Orders (Score of 7/11 required)
(Course Length: 13 min)

Advancing/going back through the test slides will result in an incorrect test
score.)
- Click the appropriate link.
- The module will load
- At the beginning of each module you are instructed to enter your name.
Please enter your First Name, followed by Middle Initial, and Last
Name
- Complete the modules
- At the end of each module you will receive a score.
Please write the score, on the Course Completion Form, next to the course
name.
- When you have completed all modules, turn in this
form to the Clinical Support Center Specialist in the Staffing Office.
- The Clinical Support Cerner Specialist will give you a System Access Form
to complete. Please complete the form. The Clinical Support Center Specialist,
or designee, will give you access to Cerner PowerChart.
