Products will be written up ahead of time to prevent the patient from waiting while I am seeing other scheduled patients in clinic.

Monday and Thursday purchasing is allowed from 8:00 am-10:00 am. Please pick up products no later than 10:00 am.

Purchasing may also occur from 8:00 am �4:00 pm Tuesday and Wednesday during clinic.

Patients will be allowed to purchase products by CHECK only during post-op support group meetings. The dates and times support groups are held are located here

NOTE:
please call the order in ahead of time so that I can bring it with me to the meeting.

The secretary will hold the products for the patients who have called ahead at the front desk to prevent unnecessary wait time.

Important Note:

The onsite vitamin shop in clinic will be in operation until all back-stock is sold. There will be an e-store link to order products on our website and a 1-800# to order products from once all products in house are sold.
