Rare opportunity to work in a certified Eden Alternative community dedicated to Culture Change in Long Term Care. Working knowledge of Long Term Care Horticulture Program development, Greenhouse operation, resident-centered care and case load management. Must have relevant Bachelor's degree and ADC, CTRS or HTR certification or eligible with one year relevant Horticulture Program experience.
