Under limited supervision, develops, coordinates and implements all aspect of a direct services program. Responsible for day to day management of the Family Violence Program, education of health care providers, crisis intervention, and intake.
Requirements: Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology or closely related field. Five (5) years experience, including one (1) year in a supervisory role. Excellent communication skills; ability to work with varied types of personnel; special sensitivity to community cultured ability to relate well to community residents; working knowledge of community resource system, and general data collection and evaluation technique. Must have a valid Maryland License at the LCSW-C level, with experience in domestic violence, crisis intervention, and intake.
