Under limited supervision, serves as a liaison between patients, families, the Emergency Department and the Hospital in order to obtain solutions to non-medical problems and complaints and address needs.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Two years college coursework or equivalent. Two (2) years advocacy/customer service experience in a health car or public service setting. Must demonstrate excellent communication, public relations, interpersonal, advocacy, negotiation and organizational skills.
