This nurse practitioner will work in collaboration with the anesthesia department and will be responsible for pre-op assessment, preparation, and evaluation of patients. Under limited supervision, gathers data for comprehensive medical and nursing assessments to be used in diagnosis and treatment of patients, performs duties which extend beyond acts in the typical RN role.

Requirements: MSN Graduate of Nurse Practitioner Program. Two (2) years experience as an RN. Current certification as Nurse Practitioner in the State of Maryland. Previous ambulatory care/critical care experience preferred. Must have current CPR Healthcare Provider or CPR for the Professional Rescuer certification.
