Manage the day to day operations of an assigned Neighborhood to assure that the quality of life experience of the Residents are met/maintained on an individual basis. Demonstrate skill in scheduling, organizing, leadership quality improvement and delegation. Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience. GNA certification obtained within 6 months of accepting position. 3 - 5 years experience in a Nursing Home and/or LTC environment.
