- Bachelor's Degree is preferred
Under limited supervision, responsible for planning, organizing, controlling and managing the services of Central Sterile. These services include decontamination, assembly, sterilization, maintenance of reusable patient care items and equipment, incubation of biological indicators and the case cart system.

Requirements: Bachelor�s Degree in Business, Nursing, Health Care or related field or documented pursuance of same. Two (2) years appropriate clinical experience and two (2) years Central Sterile supervisory experience. Certification in Central Processing. Demonstrated leadership abilities, advanced problem-solving and effective communication skills.
