Levindale offers extensive Outpatient Primary Care Services, which provide a variety of superior health services to adults and seniors in the community. Many of the services offered include:

Board eligible/certified physicans in internal medicine with additional expertise in geriatric medicine

The Senior House Calls Program for the elderly who need in-home care or service in an assisted living facility

Health care maintenance

Acute care hospital coverage

Coverage 24 hours a day, seven days a week through the answering service
The outpatient office is located on the ground floor of Levindale Hebrew Geriatric Center and Hospital. Patient referrals are accepted Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Access to laboratory services, EKGs and basic radiology services are located on site.
