- Bachelor's Degree is required
Under the supervision of a registered nurse, provides clinical evaluation of patients referred to the Rehabilitation Hospital at Sinai; builds and maintains the referral base and participates in marketing/sales activities of the Center in conjunction with the Program Managers. Utilizing rehabilitation principles and operating protocols, visits patients in area hospitals, long-term care facilities, etc.; evaluates medical status and rehabilitative potential, prepares patient assessment, makes recommendations for plan of treatment and participates in the insurance pre-certification process.

Requirements: Bachelor�s degree in health related field or candidate for degree within one year. Four (4) years acute, hospital-based, inpatient rehabilitation experience. Current PT, OT, Speech, PTA, COTA, Therapeutic Recreation, or Social Work licensure in Maryland. Must have valid driver�s license. Must have completed CPR Health Care Provider or CPR for the Professional Rescuer course.
