Dietary Aide position involves performing various manual tasks in kitchen and cafeteria relating to preparing and serving food to patients, employees and visitors. Responsible for plating up all patient meals insuring quality of all food items and accuracy of menus sent to patients. Responsible for plating of all retherm food. Assists in the over all sanitation of the department. Safe food handling. High School Diploma or GED preferred.
