- Bachelor's Degree is required
Under limited supervision, provides direct leadership in the planning, selection, development, testing, implementation and ongoing maintenance of Hospital Financial or Clinical systems. Develops plans and procedures to implement new systems, releases and upgrades on a timely basis. Coordinates such with customers, vendors and Information Services personnel. Maintains vendor contact to assure prompt problem resolution and understanding of current technical issues and vendor strategic directions. Acts as project manager in resource assignment and coordination of overall project panning and management. Supervises analyst and programming staff in analyzing compliance to regulatory requirements, developing file specifications, systems controls, program specifications and methods for installation of new systems or upgrades. Works with Systems and Network personnel to define plans for installation of equipment and network communications. Documents requests and issues including resolution for administration.

Requirements: Bachelor�s Degree in Computer Science, or related field (i.e., Mathematics or Statistics). Formal training in the management of information systems. Six (6) years in information services including 4 years in systems analysis, project management and supervision of personnel. Clinical information systems experience required. Proficient PC skills required.
