Job Details:

- High school diploma or equivalent is required
Under moderate supervision, performs cleaning of surgical instrumentation and patient care equipment. Performs as expert in the principles of decontamination including the handling and care of specialty instrumentation.

Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent. One (1) year central sterile tech or related experience. Certified Central Service Technician or eligible to take Certification exam as Central Sterile Technician and become certified within one year of hire. Must have ability to operate specialized equipment: i.e. washers, sonic, etc. and be able to operate computer and utilize various software applications. Must be fluent in the use of and interpretation of Medical terminology. Includes rotating weekends and holidays.
