Under limited supervision, administers Sinai�s union and non-union compensation program to ensure internal equity and to maintain external job market competitiveness. Recommends Fiscal Year salary budget and pay structure adjustments. Provides organizational cost impact projections. Acts as a consultant to executives and managers regarding compensation, pay practice issues and employee pay problems. Performs analysis, design, implementation and communication concerning compensation strategies and programs. Ensures compensation programs and practices are in compliance with organizational policies, as well as, state and federal regulations. Acts as a resource for all LifeBridge Human Resource entities concerning compensation issues and policy interpretations. Assists in the development and administration of the LifeBridge compensation program.
Requirements: Bachelor�s Degree in Human Resources, Business or related course of study, or equivalent work experience. Certified as Professional Human Resource or Sr. Professional Human Resources Management. Five years experience in compensation design, analysis, budgeting and implementation of compensation strategies and practices. Knowledge of FLSA laws, pay practices for a 24/7 employee operation, proficient with spreadsheet and word processing software. PHR, SPHR, or CCP preferred.
