- Associate's Degree is preferred
Under moderate supervision, processes referrals for outpatient services, completes patient registration, and creates schedule for patient therapy treatment regimen; Processes referrals for admissions to the Rehabilitation Hospital at Sinai, completes patient pre-registration, and coordinates patient admission.
Requirements: Associate�s Degree or equivalent. One (1) year experience in patient financial/customer service in a health care setting. Must demonstrate excellent interpersonal and telephone skills; possess knowledge of third party insurance requirements and medical terminology; typing and/or computer skills.
