LifeBridge Health was recently honored by the Maryland Society for Health Care Strategy and Market Development by taking home a total of six Alfred Knight Awards. The health care system walked away with four first-place awards for outstanding print ad, community/consumer publication and two types of brochures. LifeBridge Health also received two second-place awards for its internal newsletter and the media placement for one of its products.
Our team works very hard each year to come up with new and innovative ways to promote the health care system, said Rudy Miller, vice president of Marketing, LifeBridge Health. Part of that is done by providing consumers with the information they need to make informed decisions about where to find the best care possible. These awards reflect the fact that much of what we produce, as a marketing team, achieves that.
The Alfred Knight Awards, named in honor of Alfred J. Knight, Jr., former Society president, are given each year in recognition of outstanding work in health care strategy and market development. Awards honor initiatives that have had a measurable impact on the organizations and people they serve. This year, 118 entries were submitted for consideration.
