LifeBridge Health & Fitness has joined forces with an exciting program that can help consumers eat better and lose weight. Diet-to-Go is a service that provides freshly prepared food on a customized meal plan. LifeBridge Health & Fitness is a distribution site for the program.

Diet-to-Go meals work on a four-week cycle of different meals with a wide variety including vegetarian. All of the meals are low in fat, low in sodium and low in cholesterol. The food is prepared by a chef and adheres to the dietary guidelines of the American Heart Association, the American Cancer Society, the American Diabetes Association and the American Dietetic Association. For those interested in following a low carbohydrate diet, there is also a meal plan that serves that need.

LifeBridge Health & Fitness is making Diet-to-Go available to its members as well as to non-members. After placing an order, the meals are delivered on Tuesday and Friday of each week to LifeBridge Health & Fitness and are ready for pick-up.
