Under limited supervision, the Systems Analyst supports the Cerner Millennium System for Lifebridge Health Systems. Working with the Senior Systems Analyst, the position develops a good understanding of the system in order to maintain, monitor and troubleshoot problems. Responsibilities include: technical issue investigation and resolution; technical representative on application project teams; provide report writing using Cerner tools; analysis of vendor technical documentation.

Requirements: Bachelor�s Degree in Computer Science, or related field (i.e., Mathematics or Statistics), or equivalent experience. Four years experience in the healthcare environment as a clinical and/or business programmer/analyst or as a clinician with strong automated systems use experience. Analyst experience should include requirements definition, building systems solution and systems deployment as well as product support of installed products. Proficient PC skills required, as are excellent organizational and communication skills. Must be willing to work on complex projects independently; project management skills and experience highly preferred. Provide on-call, off-hours support as needed.
