- Supervisory experience is required
Under limited supervision, coordinates and supervises the Patient Service Associates in the Emergency Department; schedules the work of assigned staff, provides technical assistance, evaluates employee performance, interviews candidates, etc.

Requirements:AA degree in healthcare or business. One (1) year registration/billing experience in a healthcare setting; two (2) years supervisory experience. Knowledge of automated registration system; skilled in personal computer packages, such as Windows, Office and Excel. Must possess interpersonal relationship skills. Knowledge of third party insurance requirements, including uniform billing requirements and regulatory guidelines. Type accurately 35 wpm.
