Job Details:

- Graduate of Approved/Certified Program
Under moderate supervision, performs a variety of technical duties to assist physicians while participating in the conduct of Cath Lab procedures, including, but not limited to; cardiac catheterization, coronary angioplasty, atherectomy, intra-coronary stent placement, rotoblator, eletrophysiologic studies, AICD and pacemaker insertions, etc. Equipment utilized may include, but is not limited to; monitoring equipment, surgical instruments, cardiac output machine, pulse oximeter, support system, cine film processor, etc. Performs ECG�s, monitors patients during procedures, prepares test results and data for review; assists with pre and post procedure management of patients according to lab guidelines.

Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent; graduate of accredited school of Cardiovascular Technology. Certification as a registered cardiovascular technologist or eligible to sit for exam and become registered within one (1) year of hire date. Must have current CPR Heart Saver Plus or Community CPR certification. ACLS Certification.
