- High school diploma or equivalent is required
Under moderate supervision, supports the customer service philosophy and the discharge planning process by serving as a liaison between consumers, physicians and the Hospital; makes non-triage outbound calls to patients. Works in partnership with other staff members and proactively identifies and provides for the customers needs using the LifeBridge Health Customer Service standards.
Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent. Clerical experience in acute care hospital setting. Must have good communication skills, excellent listening and telephone skills. Applies the principles of the Studer Initiatives. Knowledge of personal computer software applications required.
