- Associate's Degree required
Under moderate supervision, performs a variety of technical duties to assist nurses and physicians while participating in the pre and post recovery care of patients who have undergone Cath Lab procedures, including, but not limited to; cardiac catheterization, coronary angioplasty, atherectomy, intra-coronary stent placement, rotoblator, electrophysiologic studies, AICD and pacemaker insertions, etc.

Requirements: Associate of Arts Degree in health, nursing or related field or equivalent. One (1) year experience in Cardiac Cath Lab or two (2) years experience as a Cardiology Nurse Technician. Must have current certification as Certified Nursing Assistant by Maryland Board of Nursing. Must have current CPR Heart Saver Plus or Community CPR certification. ACLS certification.
