- High school diploma or equivalent is required
Under general supervision, utilizes technical and customer services skills to triage incoming calls from customers; assesses needs, gives appropriate technical options and facilitates referral to specialists; educates the caller when appropriate.

Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent. Computer experience with Windows Operating System and Microsoft Office. Must possess exceptional organization skills necessary to operate in a fast pace/multi task work environment. Must type 35-40 wpm.Three (3) years experience in one or more of the following areas: 1. Trades-Plumbing, HVAC, electrical, mechanical, etc. 2. Clinical Engineering. 3. Office Management/Dispatch in high volume trades related environment.
