The Department of imaging consists of four separate areas: Diagnostic Radiology, Nuclear Medicine, Radiation Oncology, and Radiation Health. Professional services and interpretations of radiological examinations are provided by Board Certified Radiologists on a contractual basis from American Radiology. The Radiologists are consultants, responsible for advising referring physicians on which imaging procedures to request, and in which sequence.
