A professional Nurse responsible for assessment, planning, intervention and evaluation of Nursing care for a group of patients during a shift. Meisel 2 is a 20-bed chronic ventilator unit. This unit has an excellent weaning protocol and a good success rate in weaning patients from the ventilator.
