This patient came to us with an old break of the tibia, which had healed in an angulated position. Radiograph obtained before correction shows both angular and translational deformities. After correction with an Ilizarov device, alignment was restored.

Malunited Tibial Fracture Corrected with Spatial Frame
Complex malunion of an old tibial fracture with bowing in two planes plus rotational malalignment.
 
Treatment with the Taylor spatial frame applied to a deformed bone, before and after correction (above).
