Karyn Gold’s job as a recruiter of health care professional for Sinai has a lot to do with the quality of patient care. Karyn discovered this for herself when she wound up in the hospital earlier this year.

“I had recruited most of the people who took care of me,” Karyn laughs. “And they were terrific!”

Karyn says attracting quality people is a challenge, since competition between health care employers can be fierce. But Keith Allen, vice president of human resources, says Karyn “really knows how to sell Sinai.”

Karyn also volunteers her time with Sinai’s Employee Activities Committee at Sinai.
