Under general direction, employs advanced education, as well as advanced clinial, research and management expertise to lead in the provision of quality, cost effective patient care as a memeber of the advanced practiced nursing team, works directly with consumers and in close partnership with others in the Sinai and external health care systen to promote health, manage and improve patient outcomes and quality of care and increase the efficiency and cost effectiveness of health care delivery at Sinai. Applies a global perspective to assessment of emerging trends, issues and technology to recommend, plan and implement changes in the Sinai Care delivery system.
