Taylor Foss has been named vice president and chief human resources officer for LifeBridge Health . In her new role, Foss will oversee all human resources functions across LifeBridge Health, which includes Sinai Hospital , Northwest Hospital Center , Levindale Hebrew Geriatric Center and Hospital,
Jewish Convalescent & Nursing Home , and related subsidiaries and affiliates. Her focus will be redesigning the human resources function at LifeBridge Health by streamlining the system so that it encompasses all the different centers that make up LifeBridge Health.

Foss brings to LifeBridge Health more than 20 years of experience in human resources management. Most recently she spent three years as executive vice president of Corporate Resources for Allfirst Financial in Baltimore. In that role, Foss managed more
than 1000 employees and directed a $157 million budget for Human Resources, Operations and Processing Services, Diversity, Corporate Relations, Administration and Facilities.
Foss received her bachelor of arts degree at Purdue University and has completed several MBA courses and leadership seminars. She has served as a United Way Cabinet Member, was the former chair of the Ready at Five Partnership was a member of the Women�s Initiative Committee for the United Way Alexis de Toqueville.
LifeBridge Health is one of the largest employers in the Northwest Baltimore region with more than 5,800 employees.
