Job Details: |
- Bachelors degree is required
- 3-5 years experience is required
Under limited supervision, manages daily activities in assigned area(s) to provide for efficient and effective operations; responsible for all revenue cycle functions perfomed in the faculty practice; collaborates with billing agency for complete revenue cycle performance; communicates with physicians, staff and billing agency regarding practice operations. Assists with the preparation of annual departmental budgets, grant requirments and reports; monitors departmental fiscal and operational activity; assits in evaluating operational needs and provides recommendations to improve productivity and overall operational efficiency, implementing departmental policies and procedures, etc. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Health Care Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience. Five years experience in a health care setting. Working knowledge of financial and business planning skills, excellent interpersonal skills, knowledge of medical office operations and ICD-9 and CPT coding; computer skills required
