Perioperative Services. Seven (7) years progressive nursing experience including three (3) years in management.

Master�s Degree in Nursing, Business Management, Education or equivalent required.

Licensed as an RN in the State of Maryland.

Must have completed CPR Health Care Provider or CPR for the Professional Rescuer course.

The Director - Patient Care Services, in collaboration with other members of the Sinai Hospital senior management team, directs the continuing development and implementation of patient care services at Sinai Hospital. Employs a global perspective of emerging trends, issues, and technology in health care; and an understanding of the Hospital mission and goals to direct the strategic planning, organization, management, service delivery, quality improvement and evaluation of multiple patient care units. Is responsible for ensuring the delivery of the highest quality, most efficient, and cost effective patient care possible in compliance with Hospital policies and regulatory guidelines. Directs as appropriate and participates in marketing Hospital programs and services.
