Get with the Guidelines-Stroke Gold Plus | Target: Stroke Elite - For meeting specific criteria that reduces the time between an eligible patient’s arrival at the hospital and treatment with the clot-buster alteplase. Target: Type II Diabetes Honor Roll - For aiming to ensure patients with Type 2 diabetes, who might be at higher risk for complications, receive the most up-to-date, evidence-based care when hospitalized due to stroke.

The Northwest Hospital Subacute Unit earned U.S. News & World Report Best Nursing Homes status by achieving a rating of “High Performing,” the highest possible rating, for short-term rehabilitation. The unit received this honor for the fourth consecutive year.
